Pricing

One Off Support - £32

Minimum charge of 1 hour

Time tracked to the second.

Time reports can be provided with invoices

Packages

Ongoing support – from £155 per month (minimum 5 hours)

10 hours

£300 per month

20 hours

£580 per month

30 hours

£840 per month

Working on a retainer allows you ongoing regular support.

Your agreed set hours are retained for each month you commit to.

Invoiced for the upcoming month – any additional hours used will be billed at the end of the each month at the package’s hourly rate.

We will carry out a regular review of your hours.

My rates include time spent on activities, liaison with client by telephone, email or face-to-face meetings including initial briefings.  Any additional specific costs incurred such as stationary, postage etc are charged separately at cost price.

Ad Hoc hourly rates are thereafter charged in 30 minute increments.

Payment terms for new clients requires a 50% deposit of estimated first billing prior to the commencement of work.

Payments to be made electronically (eg BACS or Faster Payment) within 7 days of invoice being issued.
